Vintage Edinburgh Cream Fur & Brown Leather Semi Dress Sporran

A vintage Edinburgh leather and bovine sporran. With a finely embossed leather flap showcasing the Jacobite white rose, this emblem has long stood as a proud symbol of Scottish Independence. Prince Charles Edward Stuart famously chose a wild white rose to adorn his bonnet during the determined march toward England with his Jacobite troops.

Even today, the white rose continues to serve as a powerful and evocative symbol for many Scots, cherished not only for its natural beauty but also as an enduring emblem of Scottish pride, heritage, and the ongoing quest for freedom. The textured bovine fur body, and carefully crafted leather tassels, this piece beautifully showcases timeless craftsmanship. Press stud fastener under the flap.
