A wonderful crisp stags head badge in 1915 hallmarked sterling silver made by James Fenton, Birmingham. Date letter q - 1915.

James Fenton & Co, Birmingham silversmith (1854-1956). They were well known for their manufacture of silver and gold thimbles and later into silver and enamel jewellery.

Various clans use this crest featuring a stags head including Fraser, Fraser of Struy, Rollo, Davidson, Forbes and others.
