A traditional Scottish sterling silver kilt pin, expertly crafted for us by the renowned Royal silversmith Hamilton & Inches of Edinburgh. This kilt pin is designed in a classic style that has been proudly worn since the 19th century, reflecting a long heritage of Scottish Highland dress and craftsmanship.
This particular style of kilt pin was popularised in the late nineteenth and early 20th century by notable figures such as John Stewart-Murray, the 8th Duke of Atholl, along with Captain Norman Magnus MacLeod of Dunvegan, who was the 26th Chief of Clan MacLeod. Their influence helped establish this design as a distinguished and traditional accessory within Scottish Highland dress.
