The Viscount sporran is hand made in an aged leather that evokes regal elegance with its intricate brass metalwork and acorn-inspired tassels. This 19th century style sporran is hand crafted for clients using a classic pattern brass cantles ( not hinged pattern ). A true classic from the Victorian era and re created by our team of highly skilled artisan Scottish sporran makers.

Made to order our range of antiqued leathers for the classic pouch. The cantle under slip is scalloped and studded in brass studs. The pouch is dressed with classic hand braided Acorn style leather tassels. The oak leaves and acorns hark back to the Stuarts – These represent restoration and regeneration and were used during Charles II's time. Later they were used a symbol of the supporters of Bonnie Prince Charlie and the Jacobites.
