Scottish Regimental Issue 4 Scots – Queens Own Highlanders. Small Flat Plume. The blue version is worn by Royal Regiment of Scotland 4 Scots. Previously Queens Own Highlanders – The Highlanders. US Coast Guard Pipes & Drums. Suitable for wearing with Glengarry or Balmoral hat and Tam O’Shanter. Total length 8.5 – 9cm.
